New from Sony: KDL-52XBR10 and KDL-46XBR10 LCD HDTV September 11, 2009 at 2:42 pm

Sony_KDL-52XBR10Just recently, Sony has provided us with yet another impressive LCD HDTV models. These BRAVIA LCD HDTV pair is equipped with LED back lighting, dynamic contrast ration of more than 1,000,000:1.

Here are the other impressive features of these XBR10 Series models:

  • Offers high-definition signals of wireless transmission at 1080p which is provided through a separate media box that is received by an embedded receiver neatly placed in the TV set. This setup lessens the use of cables thus lessens clutter.
  • Also features Motionflow 240Hz algorithm. This multiplies the frame rate by 4 as compared to traditional LCD TVs.
  • Exceeds Energy Star 3.0 guideline. The Light Sensor by Sony helps adjust the back light of the TV set according to the light in the room. This also lessens the carbon foot print.
  • Excellent picture quality is achieved through the BRAVIA Engine 3 and 24p True Cinema.
